If your business is not yet Zagat-Rated and you'd like it considered for inclusion in our next survey, please send a business description and/or press kit (i.e., a document including your business contact information, website address, menus and photos as well as relevant press coverage) to our Survey Research Department. We file the submissions we receive on a weekly basis and our editors review press kit information as they prepare each new survey.

• Submission of information does not guarantee or imply that an establishment will be included in a survey, a Zagat Survey® publication or ZAGAT.com; it is merely a way for you to showcase the fundamental aspects of your business.
• Unfortunately, due to the large volume of press kits we receive daily, we cannot confirm receipt of individual press kits.
• Submission and receipt of material for consideration becomes property of Zagat Survey and will not be returned.
• We retain each company's information for a period of two years.
