Restaurants

Update information & stats (e.g., address, hours)

  • Visit your restaurant's Reviews & Stats page
  • Click on the Update or Add To This Information link in the Stats section
  • Complete the changes and click Submit

You may also notify us of information updates by e-mail to: data@zagat.com. Please include the business name, address and specific updates and/or corrections.

Note: Changes and corrections will only be made to factual details including address, telephone number, features, meals, hours, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm receipt of data updates. All changes will be validated by Zagat Survey staff and updated within a reasonable time.

Submit photos

We encourage you to submit photos and participation is free. We can display up to 20 full-sized images of your property. Photo types accepted: interior and/or exterior photos, signature dishes, and celebrity chefs. Each photo should be labeled appropriately (e.g., dining room, bar).

Submit your photos with your establishment name and address in one of the following ways:

  • Email to: photos@zagat.com
  • Mail CD-ROM of photos with photo credits to:
    Zagat Survey, Attn: Photos
    4 Columbus Circle, 3rd Floor
    New York, NY 10019

Note: By submitting photos to Zagat Survey, you are permitting Zagat Survey to use, reproduce and display photos in Zagat Survey media or for promotional uses supporting Zagat Survey. If you have any questions please contact us at (800) 540-9609 or e-mail us at photos@zagat.com.

Submit menus

Submitting your establishment's menu(s) will enhance the marketing of your business and participation is free. We accept breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, dessert and fixed-price menus.

Submit your menu(s) with your establishment name and address in one of the following ways:

  • E-mail to menus@zagat.com. Menus should be in one of the following formats: PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Mail to Zagat Survey, Attn: Menus, 4 Columbus Circle, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10019
  • Fax to (866) 255-0811

Should your menu(s) change, please feel free to send us updated versions. If you have any questions please contact us at (800) 540-9609 or menus@zagat.com.

Offer online reservations

ZAGAT.com offers online reservations via partnerships with OpenTable.com and toptable.com. If your restaurant is part of OpenTable's Restaurant Management System or is represented by toptable (Europe only), it can be listed on ZAGAT.com – in search results as well as on its establishment details page - with an icon and “Reserve Online” link beneath its phone number. When clicked, ZAGAT.com users will be redirected to your restaurant's reservation search box on either Opentable.com or toptable.com.

Offer online delivery

ZAGAT.com makes online delivery available to its users via a partnership with SeamlessWeb. If your restaurant is a SeamlessWeb partner, it can be listed on ZAGAT.com - in search results as well as on its establishment details page - with an icon and “Order Online” link beneath its phone number. When clicked, ZAGAT.com users will be redirected to your restaurant's menu page on Seamlessweb.com where they can place their order.

Offer a 360° virtual tour

Zagat Survey has partnered with VR National to offer the shooting of virtual tours and photographs of your restaurant. Participating restaurants will have an icon, indicating that a virtual tour and photos are available for viewing, displayed by its listing in search results as well as on its establishment details pages. Participating restaurants may use the virtual tours and photos on their website and marketing materials as well.
