Sr. Analyst, ZAGAT.com and ZAGAT.mobi
Zagat Survey seeks a Sr. Analyst to provide quantitative understanding of ZAGAT.com and ZAGAT.mobi usage.
This Sr. Analyst will also provide guidance for product development and sales of digital products.

To be the most trusted, useful, up-to-date, fun-to-read source for quality dining, travel and leisure activities, enabling savvy customers to share their experiences, make smart decisions and take action.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce on schedule consolidated suite of reports drawing upon data residing in internal and vendor systems to monitor all activities affecting subscription levels and revenues
- Provide insight into performance of sales and marketing efforts and guidance for future sales and marketing efforts through design, production and interpretations of analytical reports for zagat.com and mobile products
- Provide insight customer use of zagat.com and mobile products and provide guidance for future product development through design, production, and interpretation of analytical reports
- Ensure data integrity of the various inputs and ensure logical consistency of consolidated elements including tie outs to financial reporting systems. Investigate and resolve anomalies
- Maintain reporting on all promotional efforts and tests, and volume and sourcing of website subscriber and visitor traffic, and prepare analysis on test results and performance trends
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years overall experience in general analytics
- 2 to 4 years experience designing and implementing analytics for interactive sales
- Minimum 3 years experience with on-line analytics products (e.g. Omniture, Fireclick, Google Analytics)
- Well-organized, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects while working independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience working in media, publishing or digital content
- Strong background in math, statistics and analytics is essential
