Upscale, seasonal Italian (think jumbo snails in brandy cream, venison tenderloin in blueberry-moscato sauce) makes up the menu at Prosecco, a River North ristorante, which offers 50 choices of its namesake bubbly; its ornate, Venetian-inspired dining rooms are done up in cream-and-gold tones and accented with classical artwork.
