Stretch Run, an upscale River North sports bar/restaurant, is betting that diners will want a side of race wagering with their midpriced Traditional American fare (potato skins, burgers, planked salmon, sundaes); JumboTron and plasma screens are everywhere throughout the masculine-casual, multilevel space, which includes an entire upstairs room of private cubicles with screens where bettors can eat, drink and play the ponies.
