Downtown Gets a Kosher Dining Option

Spertus
The futuristic food court in Spertus' new building is something to behold.

Spertus Cafe, the new counter-service eatery inside Spertus’ fancy new building, is the only kosher option Downtown, and it offers inexpensive New American fare (salads, sandwiches, sushi and sweets) from Wolfgang Puck no less; its airy, white-and-metal space with a futuristic food-court feel and views of Grant Park is open from 8:30 AM daily to early dinner (with a 3 PM closing on Fridays; closed on Saturdays for Sabbath).

610 S. Michigan Ave.; 312-322-1700
