For more than 20 years, long before Abbot Kinney was even vaguely trendy, Hal's Bar & Grill was the destination of choice for local artists. And sometime later this summer, there will be a Hal's sibling that should be a fine place to go for a margarita and chips, opening just a few doors down from the mothership (1357 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice).
