Aldea isn't the only newcomer ramping up lunch plans. Starting today, the Standard Grill serves lunch from 11:30 AM–4 PM. Now the hotel’s hangers-on no longer have to wait until evening for raw bar specials, housemade pâtés and the lauded Standard Ranch burger (212-645-4100).
