The Las Vegas offshoot of renowned Parisian chef Guy Savoy's eponymous eatery is no longer exclusively the domain of high rollers now that the newly redesigned Bubble Bar has debuted a "Bites & Bubbles" menu, which offers tastes of signature dishes at prices far lower than the dining room's (where the 10-course tasting "menu prestige" costs $290, and a four-course option is $190).
Savoy's artichoke and black truffle soup and oysters in ice gelée are among the dishes that can be sampled. "Small Bites" are $25 for two items, $30 for three items and $40 for four items; "Big Bites" run from $18–$35; and "Sweet Bites" are $10 each.
