SHO Shaun Hergatt

Luxury dining is alive and well at SHO Shaun Hergatt, an opulent arrival in New York's Financial District set on the second floor of the new Setai condos, a sprawling space that includes a bar, a lounge, a ‘wine gallery’, two private rooms and a main dining room overlooking a glass-walled open kitchen; namesake chef Shaun Hergatt’s Asian-accented French cooking sho is pricey (dinner is prix fixe only), but if money is an object, there are breakfast and lunch options available.
