Fiery Top Chef finalist Stefan Richter mans the stoves at Stefan's at LA Farm, a pricey Santa Monica newcomer where the Eclectic menu wanders all over the place – think celery root ravioli with pancetta, Kumamoto oysters with absinthe Jell-O and tater tots with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing; the casual space, with fire pits and flat-screens everywhere you look, is open nightly till 1 AM.
