Though many farmer's markets on the East Coast shut down or move inside for winter, the Piazza at Schmidt's in Northern Liberties is hosting an outdoor market this season. Head over to the Piazza (home of such eateries as Darling’s and The Swift Half) on Saturdays from 10 AM–2 PM and check out local providers and growers selling winter fruits and vegetables, veal, beef, quail, heritage free-range chicken eggs and more. Though the market is canceled this Saturday, February 6, due to weather advisories, be on the lookout in coming weeks for the opportunity to buy fresh produce direct. The iPad isn't the only big Apple-related news this week. Zagat Survey has just released Zagat To Go 3.0 (ZTG) for the iPhone and iPod Touch into the wilds of the App Store. What's new in this latest update? Lots. To start, now you don't need to be connected to the internet to access our ratings and reviews of restaurants, nightlife and stores, as our new "offline" feature lets you download our database to your phone, so you can still find a spot even while you're in a service-free area. Also new to ZTG 3.0 is the ability to write and submit reviews instantaneously from the application. Had a great meal and want to tell the world? Do it while waiting for your check.

And that's not all! After releasing the first augmented-reality restaurant guide for the Android last year, we've brought the technology to the iPhone. Walking down the street and want to know what Zated-Rated spots are around you? Just tap the Retina (eye logo) button in the app and scan the area for options. To get a closer look at some of these new features, watch the video above.

Already own Zagat To Go, but want these new features? No worries, 3.0 is available as a free update.
