For Netscape Navigator 7.x Users:

  1. Open your Netscape browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Edit > Preferences.
  3. Click the Advanced category.
  4. In the "Cookies" section, check "Accept all cookies" check box.
  5. Click OK.

For Macintosh Internet Explorer Users:

  1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
  2. From menu bar, select Explorer > Preferences.
  3. Under “Web Browsing” click “Security Zone.”
  4. Check the “medium” radio button.
  5. Click OK.

For Macintosh Safari Users:

  1. Open Safari browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Safari > Preferences.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. In the "Accept Cookies" section, check  "Accept Cookies" checkbox.
  5. Click OK.

JAVASCRIPT
Make sure your browser has JavaScript turned on.
Much of the functionality of our site relies on JavaScript technology to work properly. Most browsers have JavaScript enabled by default but they also allow the user to disable or enable it. We require JavaScript to be enabled for our site to function properly.
Here is where you can check to see if JavaScript is enabled in your browser:

For FireFox 1.1 Users:

  1. Open you Firefox browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Tool > Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Check “Enable JavaScript” and “Enable Java” check boxes.
  5. Click OK.

For Netscape 7.1 Users:

  1. Open Netscape browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Tools > Options.
  3. Click on “Site Controls.”
  4. Check the "Enable JavaScript " and “Enable Java” check boxes.
  5. Click OK.

Internet Explorer 6.1 Users:

  1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Click advanced button
  5. Click “Override default settingsrdquo; and then specify how you want Internet Explorer to handle cookies from first-party Web sites and third-party Web sites (a Web site other than the one you are currently viewing). 
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click OK.

 For Macintosh Internet Explorer Users:

  1. Open Internet Explorer browser.
  2. From menu bar, select Explorer > Preferences.
  3. Under “Web Browsing” click “Java.”
  4. Check the “enable JavaScript” and “enable Java” checkboxes.
  5. Click OK.

For Macintosh Safari Users:

  1. Open Safari browser.
  2. From the menu bar, select Safari > Preferences.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. In the "Web Content" section check  "Enable JavaScript" checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
