The cascade has the potential to be positively world class, and from it's decor it had a great start. Sadly the food is less than appetizing. The service was in a word "absent". Drink menu is exceptional except the bartenders had trouble making the drinks on the menu. A beautiful place with a pleasant atmosphere but it's all superficial nothing worth note below the surface. the menu does not coordinate with the drinks or the decor.
