It upsets to write this review because it brought my birthday celebration down. The service was disappointing, unprofessional, and the food was flavorless. We had an abrupt and unfriendly waitress, to top off with a rude manager. They do not practice customer service and charged us and extra 2% on top of the already 18% gratuity for a party of 6 or more. We literally had to argue with management to remove it. They lack principals.
