The 11th St Bar is a criminal enterpre-- and their 'cozy back room' -- where they have their live amplified music SHARES A COMMON WALL WITH A RESIDENCE.... they're not supposed to. How'd they get there then? Well, Bob Perl of Tower Brokerage and Paul Hinkley (private engineer -- now in federal prison for 10 yrs) committed FELONY FRAUD in their Public Assembly Permit, and lied on their NYS Liquor application. Every penny spent there is harmful.
