The music is HORRENDOUS whereas all the nights I have been there have been in the middle of the wk and they choose to play heavy metal. It's so loud you can't hear yourself think and it rattles your glass. LOL I have heard that weekends are better, obviously.

It's a surprise when you walk in to see a modern dive bar, with hip furniture mixed in among the eclectic Venice crowd. A lively spot to hit up for a weeknight, post-work cocktail.

I like this spot for it's name and atmosphere. There is parking for this place too so you won't have to duke it out for the last spot on Abbot Kinney. It's a good place to go if you want some intimacy. The music they play there is also decent.
