There is no cover charge here. This is a 20 somethings hang out at least it is upstairs. Downstairs is a completly different story. Great place sit on the balcony and watch the cars go by while sipping on delicious beverages.

Cool neighborhood hangout on Magazine St. in Uptown. Almost no decor to speak of (unless college frat is your style of choice), but it does have good tunes (via a well-stocked jukebox) and two stories of beverage distributing possibilities. Not to mention, the balcony overlooking the Magazine St. scene - which is great in nice weather.
