This is definitely a "dive" for martinis. It is very small and has few places to sit. The seats that they do have are dingy. The bartender was very rude and refused to serve a visiting friend because they had an out-of-state ID. My friend offered up other forms of ID and the bartender refused to even take a look. Horrible first impression and will not return.
