The doormen were friendly, but the desk clerk was rude and uninterested. Our room was cool, kind of eclectic and fun. Not the biggest room I've ever been in, but still nice. Had a great view of the riverwalk from our balcony. My husband and I were disappointed that there was no pool. Overall, don't regret our choice, but wouldn't stay there again.
