"Whatever Whenever" is the motto of this ultra trendy and chic hotel. A hotel catering to every need of the guest. Rooms spacious with monstrous showers and soft beds. The vibe of the hotel is cool and hot!!!!! Cute Brian and charming Genevieve are excellent managers. Housekeeping is a little lacking and forgetful and avoid the hotel restaurant Otto at all costs which has attitude and treats guests with disdain. Amazing hotel!

Canada has trouble with the whole W concept. It's not just about being cool, it's having an IQ with being cool. Basic black is a clothing statement, not a mindset. Many rooms face an inner building courtyard in full face of office drones at their desks. Staff try to be helpful but look confused. Location is not great, a few blocks from anything.

Typical of the W chain... beautiful boys and girls serve as the staff and the pristine shininess of the minimalist furniture is sometimes a wee bit gauche.

How such a beatiful chic place can have such small rooms with such poor service is beyond my understanding.

Trendy as trendy can be. The rooms were comfortable. The service was wonderful. Our room, however, overlooked the bar, which was bad because we could hear music well into the night. (Plus, no natural light, which is not my favorite way to live!)
