Needs an update. Hotel is not well maintained, room service trays are left in the hallways for hours. Concierge was great for resturants but did not mention activities in town. Not up to Fairmont standards.

This grand dame of Montreal hotels is conveniently situated for access to the underground metro and exploring Montreal streets. The facilities and service can handle American requests. Neighborhood bistros are the best bet for food.
