Four Seasons

The 70's are still very much alive in this Four Seasons. On the plus side, rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a nicely renovated room, but there are still touches of the 70's such as low ceilings, Holiday Inn-style bathrooms, and flimsy hollow doors. Service is the usual impeccable Four Seasons standard. This is also one of the best bargains in the entire Four Seasons chain, but certainly not one its crown jewels.

The rooms after the workover are better but the bathrooms are still not at Four Seasons Standard. The room itself was spacious and we felt very comfortable. The staff of the hotel is still great, so the Four Seasons stays to be our veune In Vancouver - especially after some bad experiences with other hotels there we always returned.

You'll think you died and went to heaven here. Be prepared for constant pampering and having every wish met quickly and perfectly. Such divine service comes with a hefty price however. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms well appointed. Restaurant food is yummy paired with surprisingly inexpensive wines by knowledgeable sommelier. You must go!
