I stayed at the Pan Pacific during a conference. The staff is very friendly, highly trained and deliver exceptional service. Even when 2000 conference attendees collided with 3 in-bound cruise ships, the hotel operations were professional and smooth. Harbor side rooms have tremendous views. Great hotel in a remarkable location.
