Nice place, but kind of expensive for a bed. If you need fancy, this works, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep, there are some better places for less money.

Rooms, especially bathrooms, need to be refreshed. I could not sleep because of strong odor of cigarette smoke coming through the air system. Location is unbeatable

Excellent room with a great view! Staff was quite helpful, and the spa was quite a treat. Dining room was capable but a bit pricy for what you got, as well as slow.

Watch out from rooms above the drive way. Our's, on the 20th floor, turned into a sauna as soon as the afternoon sun hit it. I had to work and spend the whole afternoon with the shade closed while still paying the full price, despite my complaint. Staff is extremely attentive and the concierge desk is manned by some of the most helpful and capable persons that I've seen anywhere.
