As with all downtown hotels - it's a bit of pot-luck when it comes to rooms. Our friends had a superb room with view of the harbour and library. We initially had a lower floor room with views of... a roof top and other surrounding skyskrapers. We did manage to move to a higher floor but the room there was cramped (the bedroom was tiny) owing to the determination to present each room a s a suite. This hotel makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in, EVER. The service is great, the decor excellent. The location is AWESOME. You are withing walking distance of the shopping district on Robson, the great restaurants in Yaletown, the Casino and much much more. A definite must for your visit to Vancouver.

Lots of amenities and very comfortable suite-like accommodations make a stay in this classy downtown Vancouver hotel (shaped like a grand piano)a treat. Service is friendly and staff are helpful. The attractive restaurant is excellent for breakfast.

Poor excuse for a hotel. Ugly rooms with lack of elevators which is infuriating.
