Beautiful public spaces. Bedrooms are very nice with excellent views. Outrageously expensive though; I ordered a plain green tea in the room and it cost $20!!! A pizza cost $35!! They even charge for use of the internet $10 a day, in a room that costs $2350 a night without breakfast!!

Amazing I.M Pei designed hotel in the heart of midtown near the park. It's always very expensive, but the quality of rooms and service are almost worth the price.

The concierge staff work to make the whole visit delightful, worth their weight in gold. The benefit you get from them should be thought of as offsetting the cost of staying at the hotel. The rooms could use a little work

We love this hotel for its service and location. Rooms need refurbishment.
