Overall bad service. Breakfast was ok, but I'll never go back. I left my keys in the room and when I called the hotel to check if they were there, housekeeping, after an hour, told me that they checked and they weren't in the room. I had to go back to the hotel to find my keys lying on the floor next to the bed. We also had problems with valet. Stay somewhere else...

Beautiful views of the river, but housekeeping here is the worst! From unchanged linens to unemptied wastebaskets - hallways with the same litter day after day - room service items not picked up - the worst!

Great place to stay, a little pricey, but nice and close to the Baseball stadium and Football stadium...also Greektown is just a little ways away on the people mover
