LOL - Touristy South America. Everyone speaks Spanish as their primary if not only language. Location and views are great for this outdoor mall. There are many boat tours to choose from. Various Latin bands perform and even has dancing area. Stores and restaurants are on the low-end of the spectrum thus attracting like visitors. Not your classiest of places yet the vibe remains strong. Interesting to observe.
