Very satisfied with food, wine, and service. This restaurant was recommended, and I agree with friends. Fillet migon is great and the staff was well knowledged on the wines. The soup was Manhattan clam chowder, and was great, (never had red chowder before). I was told about a wine dinner they host monthly and am definitely attending. I would really advise to try the restaurant which is under new ownership.

This is our first visit under the new owner. The food was very good. The New York steak had great sauce. A little expensive for Hayward. Fresh new decor, a nice face lift.

Nicely done dishes, even for the vegetarian in the group. Sauces were flavorful and seemed perfect for each of the meat and sea food dishes. Friendly (not intrusive) service. Wine list was a surprise for quality value and diversity.

The chef really knows French food. If you want to start with es cargo and end with creme brulee, then this is the only place in Hayward to go. Too bad parking is street only, but their aren't enough Hayward diners looking for French cuisine to make it a big issue. Small but appropriate wine list. Bring friends and you'll own the place, or come early because they may close for the evening if business is too slow.
