Frank's Waterside made our dreams come true. My fiance' and I visited Frank's and we instantly fell in love with the view and the staff. Our wedding ,September 2009, was amazing. The food was exquisite and pleniful, the service could be compared to the waldorf, and our night was absolute perfecion. We were a little nervous after reading the Zagat reviews,but Frank's truly delivered. Griselle and Bobby are the treasures near the Hudson getaway.xox

Pricey seafood/Continental on the Hudson River. Lovely decor with glass walls overlooking the river and skyline, and a fountain that changes color. The food can be very good, but is a bit inconsistent. They have a good band that plays in the bar. Valet Parking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Recently went there for brunch on a Sunday. First of all, the brunch is quite costly at $30pp and not very good at all. For that money, the food should be much better than it was. Second, the place is cheap and service poor. You get one drink with your brunch and when my fiancee didn't have one b/c she's pregnant they refused to give me a simple cup of coffee. Waiter and manager said I had to pay extra!!! So low class.

We just came from the Sunday Brunch. We asked for our Party's table to be ready by a certain time (thats what you do with a reservation) and the table was not ready, management had not even ARRIVED. They fixed our table, we went to the buffet and I was very disapopinted. For such a nice place, the food should be top notch. I saw wonderful pictures of the buffet a few months ago and it was recommended to me, but it was really terrible.

If I had more room to write about my night here I would have plenty to say, for now ill keep it short and simple. The Food was the only satisfying experience that night, kudos to the bqt chef. They charged us 20% gratuity, and it DOESNT EVEN GO TO THE STAFF, which BOGGLES my mind. 20% of 12000 dollars is a lot of money, it's no wonder they gave such terriible service. You need to rethink your strategy Frank, misleading customers is NOT nice.
