We ate for the second time in about a year. Excellent guacamole and margarita. Sea bass was very nicely prepared and presented. Terrific tacos, earnest service. Not the panache of Fonda San Miguel in Austin (or even Joe T's in Fort Worth), but they do a respectable job, a nice respite from the usual DFW Tex-Mex.

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. The food is more Mexico City than Tex Mex, but it is delicious. The made-to-order guacamole is chunky, fresh and flavorful; it's especially great with their homemade corn tortillas. I love the enfrijoladas de cangrejo which are tortillas layered with black beans and fresh crab meat served over white rice with tomato sauce. My husband likes the chicken mole.
