The best dish is the whole grilled pomfret topped with sun-dried shrimp. The bones and eyeballs are crisp enough to eat. The roasted Hainanese chicken is a nice change for people who don't like cold chicken but enjoy Hainanese flavors. Tropika also serves coconut juice the way God intended, with a straw stuck in a whole carved coconut. You can scoop out the flesh inside and then drink the juice.
