In an area with several fair Mexican restaurants, Hacienda Tres Amigos sits in about the middle of the pack. Plusses include a wide selection of traditional Mexican dishes that go beyond the ordinary taco-burrito-enchilada choices. Sauces like mole and pumpkin seed are well done and noteworthy. Service is inconsistent but usually friendly and competent. The mariachi band on weekends is great fun. Recommended.
