The Adams Morgan location is one of a number of places on 18th St. that sell slices, which are of ample size at Alberto's. The thin crust pizza is edible but forgettable (only "fair"). The sauce is bland, even after sprinkling garlic, oregano, & peppers. The toppings also are bland. An okay place for a quick bite, when the alternatives don't do much for you, but definitely not a destination. If you're from a place with actual Italian-Americans.

great place to get a slice. Crispy crust, good sauce and almost always hot 'za ready to go.

Possibly the best pizza in DC. The staff is always kind and friendly. The slices are large but thin and tastes very different from most of the other pizza available in Washington. The best pizza there is the Chicago style which is sprinkled with more cheese of different varieties and herbs. Overall it is my favorite DC pizza restaurant and while looking like an ordinary walk-in pizza restaurant it is easily twice as good as two-amy's.

Alberto's is a great thin crust pizza with interesting toppings. The crust would be crispy I believe if not for the delivery time. I also think they have a deep dish, which isn't my kind of pizza. Delivery, dine in, and takeout.
