This Asian fusion Wolfgang Puck eatery has its ups and downs, with some items, like the spring pea soup, scoring big and others, like the dry short ribs, falling as flat as it's dull and dated decor. Disappointingly mediocre. I was looking forward to trying 20-21 for quite a while. Maybe it was an off night, but I was not impressed. The service was slow and less than stellar- our waiter seemed very inattentive the whole evening. In addition, the A/C was not working and it was VERY hot in the restaurant. The appetizers were the highlight of the evening; the chicken and pine nut lettuce wraps excellent. The main course of the beef tenderloi
