Booked a single while in town and was not disappointed. From the complimentary glass of white wine to the expert explanations of the menu and sommelier Bobby, everyone made a lone diner feel most welcome. Heirloom tomatoes, tomato risotto and shaved pork where exquisite and well worth the trip. Don't miss the gem in Boulder.

Top of the line Italian cuisine near the end of Pearl's restaurant row. Incredible choices of wine and regional specialties. Could easily lapse into a haughty elite spot but remains easygoing and caring with impeccable service.

We drove out from Denver and it was worth the hour trip. Boulder itself is a delight and the 4 course dinner was wonderful. The tastes and the way the plates are built are wonderful. The weakest part was dessert which is fine with me. Steff wasn't really on their game as we ate at 8:30 and didn't leave until 2 hours later. By then it was tapering off.....that's a problem in this area for we who prefer to dine late. Anyway, we loved it.

A special spot. Sit at the bar, sit at the meat counter, sit at a table- it all works. The staff is attentive, smart, and foodish. Great wine list, wonderful food. Try the Quattro Piatti as a shared dish. The portions are just right for two. Never a dull note, always a full-on mouth pop of flavor. Expensive, busy, all true. Be clever and go early and sit at the bar, or make reserves a month ahead. The food is that good.

The outstanding service and attention to detail enhances the amazing food at Frasca. Master Sommelier/Co-owner, Bobby Stuckey makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome and the wait staff are some of the most well versed in Colorado. We loved the Salumi appetizer and crispy pork belly the best of what were all perfect dishes. Ask for paired half-glasses of wine with your four courses and you will get unique, perfectly matched Italian wines.
