This restaurant is over rated and is no longer as good as the five star reviews suggest. The service is great but the food is SALTY. I sent my plate back, and the replacement was just as salty. My husband's dish was similarly inedible. Not always so as he has been here twice before and chose this place for us to have a celebration of my surviving my stroke - kind of a big night for us. I sooo wanted to like Andina. I was so Disappointed.
Food was good, but service was very bad. Decor and crowd made the place worthwhile.

By far one of the best meals I've had in Portland. The small plates allow you to sample all different types of dishes and also allow for sharing. All of the dishes with crab and avocado are amazing, including the Mixta Nikkei with tuna. There are a variety of incredibly fresh oysters that are also delicious.
Fantastic meal, one of the best we have had recently. Virtually every dish was superb and the mix of offerings was excellent for vegetarians as well as seafood and meat eaters. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Portland.
