For at least a decade I have eaten at the former location at the back corner of a shopping center in Rolling Meadows. The restaurant just moved to new digs at 2140 Plum Grove Road; it is clear that regulars welcome the reopening. The orange chicken with broccoli is consistently good; the shrimp with lobster sauce was very good on my most recent visit. The sweet-sour soup is consistently better than average. The lunch buffet is a value.
