The Black Walnut is a restaurant we go back to time and time again. They have great dishes for every meal of the day. The menu has a good variety and there is something for everyone. I should note that they always cook their eggs just right on the Eggs Benedict which can be hard to find.

Black Walnut is one of the only places in The Woodlands that I can think of where you can get a variety of very different items and know that they will all come out tasting great. There are several excellent salads, some pasta dishes, an amazing chicken sandwich, and to top it all off, gellato ice cream!

Had chicken parmesan recently that included a gluey alfredo-like sauce and a burned hunk of institutional chicken. Half an hour later had to give it up in the form of projectile diarrhea. Rugulach pastry and chocolate croissants were tasty, at least going down the hatch.
