even the basic marguerita was terrific here, and the food authentic and delicious. can't quite figure out why an oyster house was out of oysters, but everything else was worth it. go at night, sit outside, and toast the moon and river - it's a must do

Fun place to get pretty good semi-authentic Mexican food. Even the taco salads were rather good. A huge tourist attraction wityh indoor and outdoor seating.

A couple of the appetizers may be the way to go here. Enjoyed very fresh, very tasty seviche, which was almost layered in the oversize martini glass to give different tastes as you work your way through. Oysters La Margarita are what you get when you translate Oysters Rockefeller into Tex-Mex: the cheese and salsa look odd over oysters, but the taste was surprisingly interesting. Everything else was fine if not exciting.
