We had a breakfast there last september, on the terrasse. The sun, the fresh orange juice, the hot chocolate, some fresh fruits, eggs and croissant... what else? The ideal way to start your day. Good quality - price ratio.

Went for the Christmas Special...was quite disappointed, especially at the elevated prix fixe.. The recipes were authentically French but restults lacked panache. Nothing stood out.

Excellent quality French bistro fare at 2.5-star prices. Good location in the shopping district of San Francisco, in the "French quarter".

Prettier and more comfortable than Claude's or Cafe Bastille & perhaps a little more expensive. More upscale in both decor & service (well, at least the way the waiters dress). A good variety of food including many traditional, well known French dishes (please add cassoulet). A better, cheaper house wine, both white & red, would also be nice. But, because of location and ambiance this place comes closer to the Parisian cafe feel.

We love the menu and the desserts are great. The place is very tight though and often overcrowded with long waits.
