We moved to D.C. 2 months ago and have eaten at many resaurants, but Zengo's has been by far the best. Atmosphere was wonderful, food was everthing I wanted and more, dessert was devine and the waitress we had was top notch. I use to wait tables and this place is perfect in every way. You can't go wrong here and won't be disappointed. The chocolate dessert is perfect for chocolate lovers, meats were cooked to perfection. BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO!!!!

Top notch appetizer (lobster on corn cake) and entrees--don't miss the black cod. Espresso cocktail a great, tasty finisher, along with Mexican Chocolate Tart and Dulce de Leche pudding. Nice atmosphere and pleasant, attentive server.

Excellent appetizers (ceviche & spicy tuna roll) plus 2 tasty drinks (mojito & caipirinha) = $50. We were the only two at the bar and still struggled for good service. Tasty but expensive.

Tasty food but incredibly overpriced. Good drink selection. Too loud to have a decent conversation. Annoying bar scene.

Had the DC restaurant week $35pp menu, and was not disappointed. This is a place the flavours tantalize your tastebuds, in fact my mouth is watering now at the thought,The meats were cooked to perfection, melted in your mouth. Impeccable service, even asked if we had any nut allergies. The caipirini's are the best i've tasted in DC and believe me, I've tasted many! Great place to share dishes and try new cuisine, can't wait to go back.
