This may be the friendliest restaurant in midtown. Always greeted like family and when we eat at the bar we enjoy bantering with Justin or Gregory. The mezze are nice. Try the red pepper dip. All the wines are Greek and quite different from traditional European offerings. Try the Notios. Sunday and Tuesday bottles are half off. You can get out of here for $25 but why would you want to? Meet the owner Bill if he's there. Great stories.

My son and I dined here three times during his Fall 2008 semester. We consistently enjoyed warm, friendly service and tasty mezza dishes. It was not your typical Greek food, but it was delicious. If you are expecting large portions, this is not the place. Think of tapas. There was Greek music on the weekend, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly return.

Upon walking onto the wrap around porch, I was excited for an airy, enjoybable experience. The waitress was smiling and attentive at first, but, unfortunately not responsive after food was served. Wines were over priced, quantitiy small. The food choices, intriguing. Would gladly pay inflated price, had there been more color and flavor. Presentation was lacking. Coffee and water UNDRINKABLE. Invest in a water filter, please.

Thursday is ladies' night if you sit at the bar. Great sampler plates if you are just learning about Greek food. Nice Greek wines, too.

For the entre price I expected to be more impresssed with food. The presentation was truely spectacular, there are not too many places in town that will light 12 inch flame on your food! The service was freindly but I felt like an intruder in someone home rather than a guest. The crowds of hosts and servers that gathered near our table on a quiet Tuesday night contributed to this atmosphere.
