Very nice atmosphere. Even early in the evening on a Monday there was a good crowd. The bouillabaisse is near perfect and very filling.

Reasonably priced for the high quality of ingredients and preparation, prompt and professional service, and an ambitious chef-de-cuisine make this a standby in Downtown Montreal restaurants. The category "Portuguese Seafood," while accurate, does not capture the nuance of the place. Food, preparation, and ambience exceed expectations. The decor is dated, but elegant, and the room is comfortable and cheering.

This was one of our 3 favorite restaurants when we visited Montreal. Would highly recommend it to everyone. A restaurant to visit again and again. Definitely for "foodies".

A great restaurant for fish done just right. A superb meal can be had with just appetizers. Wonderful dessert sampler.
