Since there seems to consensus that this is just about the best chicken you can get in Baltimore, let me just sing my praise for their plaintains! The plaintains are perfectly caramelized to bring out their natural sweetness which balances perfectly with the zesty peruvian spices on the chicken. They are never too oily or dry, and also tastes delightful cold as leftovers! I highly recommend getting them as one of your sides.

This is about the best chicken I have ever had in my life. The sides were really excellent too. I felt like I was transported into a Latin American country - right here on Eastern Ave in Baltimore! I recommed coming here at least once. I can't wait to go back.

The food (chicken, yucca fries and rice) with green, spicy sauce, is delicious. Bring it home to eat.

Peruvian chicken doesn't come much better (or cheaper) than this. Bring your Spanish/English dictionary or be prepared to point at what you want. An excellent lunch.
