The Denny's of Dallas. A loud and frustrating endeavor on weekends, but a great place to read and milk a cup of coffee on weekdays. Food is definitely upscale diner quality.

Living off its name before it became a mini-chain. I'd recommend Denny's over Cafe Brazil.
Visited for breakfast..the food was good, but our server was SO slow!!! We were one of three tables in the place so I don't see any excuse... We think it may help to be a regular and know the servers.
The Brazilian breakfast is fabulous, especially the empanadas. I could do without the tattooed freaks serving as wait staff, but the bottomless self-serve coffee cup for $2 is wonderful. A great place to linger over the Sunday newspaper and a dozen cups of coffee; each one a different blend, if you like. Excellent for late night dessert and coffee after the theater.
