Guests expecting hotel food that is simply above average should stay away; quality and cost will exceed their expectations. This is a "destination" restaurant with consistently well-executed creative dishes and a wine list to match. A generally young wait staff serves with surprisingly professional maturity. The tech decor bar is in full view, pleasantly animating the otherwise restrained and cushioned atmosphere.

Was not impressed by the food at all-short rib's sauce tasted straight from a jar-other entree and apps were above average-certainly not worth the money charged. Extensive and deep wine list (altho the TWO of us were laughably distraught when we were informed that they were out of magnums of opus one! seemed like an odd bit of info for 2) The decor is very nice and it seems like a good scene/vibe-but i wouldnt go there for dinner-def not a repeat

Really was looking forward to the "spectacular" 25 food rated Copeland. $17 oysters were practically non-existent, wife's Ceasar Salad was inedible due to too much lemon, $38 rack of lamb had more fat than meat. Wine list was grossly overpriced: $10-15 retail bottles going for $50-$60. Service was slow, made an error on the bill. Won't return. Bread was good!

A pleasant surprise. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. THe decor of the room was good, but it's proximity to the bar/waiting area made the whole room quite loud. Price was high though, I probably paid 25% than I would have expected to. Also, there was only one dinner special my night, and it happened to be sold out by 7:30 pm.

A welcome addition to Morristown area's lacking restaurant scene.
