Once again, a hotel puts a lot of money into the decor and drops the ball on the quality of the menu in the restaurant. The decor was crisp and modern, but the stake was a falacy. I asked how long the steak was aged. He shot back after 3 minutes of a disappearance act to tell my guests and I the verdict: 3 weeks (not even possible).
