This restaurant was an awesome experience for a group of five travelling on business. We sat upstairs near the painting of the hungry wolf (Crudo = wolf). Most of us had dishes there were raw including fish and meat. Some of the group were hestitant eating raw meat. The flavors danced on my tongue. My only complaint is that various dishes were very similar in taste and preparation. We could not differentiate a starter from the entree.
